Welcome to another card on day 2 of the
So many sponsors, so many prizes to win, so don't forget
to add your card and have a chance to win some goodies.
And if you have no coffee stamps, there are
many freebies to grab, like this iced tea set

As my friend Paulette from Create with TLC offers
these FREE digital iced tea images HERE, I just had to make
a card with it.

I used the sketch from the
CAS(E) this Sketch blog from this week.

All images, even the design paper
behind the window are from
Create with TLC.
You find the iced tea and sentiment HERE.

I made this a shaker card and use 2 sizes
of stitched frame thinlits to make the frame
of the shaker card. Inside there are some tea
colored sequins for shaking.

You find the digital lemon paper HERE.
Grab it for it is FREE.

I found this cute image on the internet
and thought it would go perfect with this
blog post, don't you?

Thanks for looking
and have a creative latte day!

Artis Team Challenge: one layer

Welcome to another great  Club Scrap
Artist Team challenge. So what is the challange
this month?
Inspired by Tricia's May blog hop layout,
the June challenge is to create pages or cards
with ONE LAYER (not including the photo).

Hopefully you have arrived here from
Jennifer's Blog
and seen what she has come up with.

Here is my contribution: a scrapbook page.
I happen to make this picture last Tuesday when we  were
babysitting the twins and I just knew this was for the Challenge.
While we have coffee the twins get cookies and they
both love to help to make the coffee too!
So i started out with making the strip behind the photo
by cutting a piece of scrap paper  12 x 3 inch and
fasten this with washi tape to the background.
With a blending tool and brown ink the shadow of this
strip is crrated.
Next the scrap paper is cut in half and laid down on
the line of the border and then used the coffee ring
stamp from the original Mocha Java kit.
I cut some of the rings to fold over the picture to
intertwine the picture into the collage background
(this was done after I did all the collage stamping).

I used stamps from several of the past Club Scrap kits"
Feb 2013 Up Up and Away: newspaper and some sentiments
Feb 2011 Comic stamp and sentiments
2007Mocha Java Remix row of cups
2016 Coffee Break sentiment
Also some handwritten sentiment are added
 with a black marker.
The comic stamp is colored with pencil.

Now it is time to move on to
and see her wonderful artwoork

If you loose your way, you can always go back
to the Club Scrap blog and see all the participants.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

As I am anxiously waiting for my Club Scrap box.
with the real paper and stamps, I thought I would combine
the digital paper with some other Club Scrap stamps
for a challenge on the Creative with Stamps blog.

The stamps I used for the fruit challenge are from
the Club Scrap Cantina kit (July 2015).

I printed the background paper from the Pattern Play
digital kit and put this paper in my misti and stamped
the sentiment(black) and the lines (ash).

The apples are stamped on a seperate piece of paper.
First in neon green and next partly in carnation.
Then I cut out both apples and added them to
the background with foam tape.

The gemstones are just a little extra bling to the card
and not only on the apples, but also on the dot of the sentiment.

Thank you for looking
and have a creative day!

Baby and coffee

Last day of baby cards! I have to move on, but I could not resist
using the tiny feet for a last time. Wanted to make some
non-conventional cards in totally different colors.

Then my new stamps, papers and dies arrived. Yes, coffee theme
from Stampin Up! out of the new catalogue. A set called Coffee
Cafe, that comes with wonderful papers and ribbons. I wanted
them so I was ready for the Summer Coffee Lovers Blog
Hop dat is real soon.
Here is an impression of all the new goodies.
I must order more paper, that is just way too cute and lovely!
So how about a card within the baby theme?
The sentiment is from another new set called
In the City.
Here a close up of the coffee cup.
Yes, behind the cup I used the sizzix coffee bean
embossing folder.

Thanks for looking
and have a creative day!
